There are 4,720 Walmart stores in the United States, most of them with 200 or more employees. So Walmart is not the new postal. Among that many employees, strange things will happen, especially around rougher neighborhoods.
This neighborhood isn’t bad . It’s about 15 minutes from my house. Huge shopping district about 5-6 blocks with just about every chain store in America , lots of restaurants, surrounding neighborhoods are average homes and apartments.
