This could be said about all children in general.
Sugary snacks is an okay once in a while but gutting them down by the whole box is just asking for trouble.
I’d say the same thing about meats, vegetables, dairy products.

Moderation in all things, except regular exercise. Only thing to watch for is to not injure any body parts. Which is why mild exercise for longer time is extremely beneficial to extend life.
