I’m not sure the white pizza has rosemary, as the garlic is usually overpowering.
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
It's suspicious when northern states invest in solar and EVs imo.
Yes, EV technology needs to be pioneered and domesticated imo.
But not only do EV batteries not hold charge well in cold weather, but study finds that EV batteries take longer to charge in cold weather.
EV CHARGING IN COLD TEMPERATURES COULD POSE CHALLENGES FOR DRIVERS (non-FR; 7.30.2018)
I wonder if unconstitutional, accountable, desperate Democratic vote-buying federal dollars are involved in this purchase?
Wait till they have to replace a battery. As you can tell EV’s are BS.
Yea its a funny dichotomy.. I don’t begrudge anyone their wealth.. but there was a very real dichotomy between those who come upon wealth easily, and those that work.
Not all big houses stiffed, or small tipped, but it was disproportionate to be sure.
Human nature is an odd beast, the more you have the less you appreciate what you have. Its easy not to realize this either... When you are struggling, you appreciate even the smallest things.. once you get comfortable, you tend to be far less appreciative of even the big things.
This is universal human nature, there are exceptions, but it takes a lot of conscious constant effort to not get caught up in comfort, and realize and appreciate what you have.
Religion used to be the big driver to remind folks of their place... sadly that’s been undercut consciously in society...so there is less and less focusing folks on the universal failings of human nature and countering them, and just a perpetual stream of things reinforcing or capitalizing on the weaknesses of human nature for their own benefits.
That's possible. I'd be concerned about the maintenance of an EV fleet, including the cost of charging to traditional gas.
We make our own...sauce from garden tomatoes, peppers likewise, spices from the Spice House...yum, and seriously cheaper!
That last item is usually not a major concern for a business operation, as long as the vehicles are heavily used for a set period of time. One important limitation is that a company using EVs should always assume the vehicle has a residual value of $0 when it reaches the end of its useful life. Even if it’s running well after 5 years, it will be hard to sell it for much because the battery technology are few so rapidly that nobody will want the old one. A used EV is going to be like an old PC that companies can’t even donate to schools or non-profit organizations anymore.
Extra crispy and tangy
.
Yeah - I've been growing a vegetable garden every year for decades.
The smallest garden I've ever had in all that time was one
year I just had a few potted basil plants.
And as far as rosemary goes - I was referring to GROUND rosemary.
NOT rosemary leaves - they have the consistency of pine needles -
NOT what you want on your pizza!
Grind them up first with a food processor or blender first.
Amen...NO pine needles on my pizza.
Also will the 30 minutes or pizza be free guarantee be voided if car catches on fire? 🤓
DiGiorno’s...they come frozen, individually wrapped, 3 to a box at Sam’s...about $15. Not bad for frozen.
If I go frozen, I get the Paul Newman pizzas.
Not as good of a deal though…
From two years ago. Check out who’s up to their eyeballs in this...
https://energydigital.com/smart-energy/dominos-pizza-employ-electric-vehicle-fleet
Domino’s is having a contest for customers an win an EV, I’d like to know what is the second place prize - a weekend in Chicago’s worst neighborhood? 🤓
Get a load of this...
GM is declining to say how much Dominos paid for the vehicles.
Now I really smell a rat.
My dad, who grew up in Old Forge, PA (another pizza hotspot) said the cardboard box is better tasting than the pizzas...
Thanks for both those links. We kinda joked at the time about the company following my buddy’s lead.
Even when I was on the road, later at night, in an unfamiliar place….I would never order Doninos. Pizza Hut? In a pinch. But never the Noid.
I’ve never made it that far north. I think Hazleton is the northernmost PA point for me.
