What exactly are We looking for here ?
Loss of ADS-B signal/data at the receiving ground station...Algeria not known for their infrastructure/ISP quality....the same thing happened on the November 18th flight:

Algeria not even on the list of ADS-B receiver sites: https://flightaware.com/adsb/stats/
In other words the plane landed Algiers.
Maybe you are some flight aware guru, but most of us have NO IDEA what you are talking about - how about helping a gal out?
Landed in Algiers 20.23 CET....So?
This is Breaking News?
Notes for the record: worth following up on.
This would never be dismissed without explanation in US Airspace. We should be asking questions not dismissing this without explanation or with stupid comments directed at the original post as “Breaking News”. In my mind ANY commercial flight crew anywhere on the planet that squawks 7700 even for a split second MUST provide a formal public safety report explaining WHY. Even if the answer is “ooops” it was just a pilot error. Even when changing codes a pilot is trained from day 1 of flight school never to pass through 7700 —. It is the equivalent of a 911 hangup.
Think about it this way…
If you call 911 and the emergency operator answers and immediately gets your location and you hang up without any explanation as to the reason for the call. It is a HIGH priority law enforcement dispatch equivalent to a silent HOLD UP alarm at a bank.
THAT is why I posted this in Breaking News. The LACK of public explanation should cause great concern to the international aviation community public and private sector.
—— here is my question.

Compare the ADS-B for this “routine flight”.
The track does not end until the aircraft is on short final.
Compare THIS to the same flight yesterday.
Pay attention to rate of decent from 42,000 down to 10,000 where the ADS-B stops tracking.
