Here’s an 80-year-old scientist whom I know who is still leading a lab and publishing papers:

https://wi.mit.edu/people/member/weinberg

biden had two brain-damaging strokes, as well as being of advanced age. He had NO BUSINESS running for President, let along serving in that office!!!!

And the corrupt, communistic Democrat Party had no business foisting him on us, and allowing his handlers to do all the damage they have been doing to us and the world!!!!

With his nurse-wife, all his real estate, and his ill-gotten fortune, he would not be in a nursing home if he were not President! But he would not be doing the damage he has been doing to all of us!!!!

That man Dr.Weinberg is definitely contributing to society.
Thank goodness old 65 year mandatory retirement isn’t applied to people like him.

When Social Security began the calculations of earnings were based on “we believe no one can reasonably expect to live beyond age 65.” Boy did they get a wrong number.

Old joke: “Hey, I’m not saying that lady was old but her Social Security number is 9.”

First SS account began in November, 1936.

Amazing story:
“On January 31, 1940, the first monthly retirement check was issued to Ida May Fuller of Ludlow, Vermont, in the amount of $22.54. Miss Fuller, a Legal Secretary, retired in November 1939. She started collecting benefits in January 1940 at age 65 and lived to be 100 years old, dying in 1975.”
