Greatest car chase; the background of the filming is amazing.

Will the car chases be CGI?

It’ll be mostly CGI.

SF may be a disturbing dump now but it was spectacular in 1968. And while many car chases have since been filmed that were more technically complex than the original none were more satisfying as Frank got firey revenge on the hit man and his driver (who recently died btw) who was the actual stunt driver. Also, close examination of the 1968 440 CID Dodge Charger as it is hurtling into the gas station will reveal the Mopar in a cloud of dust behind the building as explosives are set off at the pumps. Seldom are remakes as good as the originals.

Trick trivia question:

Q: What was the fastest car in the movie “Bullitt”?

The Charger?

The Mustang?

Nope...it’s the green VW Beetle.

No matter where the first two cars went the Beetle always got there first!
