How overweight and obese is your state?

My father drinks way too much milk in my opinion too. I think milk is responsible for a lot of autoimmune type reactions. In general, it should be minimalized after 40 (again just my opinion).

I think at the bottom of the normal range is usually too skinny, myself. I opt for the high part of the normal range, and my doctor says that’s fine. Also, I think there’s an age/gender related BMI calculator. I bet you are closer to normal or maybe overweight if you use that. You don’t sound “obese” to me.
