Agreed about military absentee ballots. There’s also a difference between regular absentee ballots (civilians living and working overseas, such as Foreign Service, contractors, humanitarian workers, missionaries, etc., plus residents who request absentee ballots because they are elderly, have surgery scheduled, etc.) and unsolicited mail-in ballots. The unsolicited mail-in ballots make cheating a cinch.
