Bombing electricity grids have a purpose to stop railroad transportations and military productions. Ukrainians have enough power now to run their towns but if they turn off railroads and military productions.
So if there is blackouts in their towns so it means that Ukrainians prefer spend electricity not for civilians but for military.
Our source reports that Putin will join to the G20 in case if Zelensky goes there ready for broad peace talks, so that a temporary truce can be concluded.
At the moment, Zelensky is against any deals in every possible way, but many in the west are really tired of the so-called “Ukraine anchor”, which is getting harder on their economies and is more expensive to maintain every month.
We have written earlier that the negotiating case is ongoing and will end after the US election but before the G20.
If negotiations fail, a winter military campaign will begin and Ukraine will most likely be cut off from the “light” completely. The best time for this is the World Cup in Qatar, when the world will be busy with football.

The flag states in Arabic: “Oh the avengers of Hussain”, a religious reference to the martyrdom of Imam Hussain, the 3rd Shiite Imam.
Why this is noteworthy:
Well, this is the same flag that was raised upon the Jamkaran Mosque after the assassination of General Qasem Soleimani, which was subsequently followed by Iranian missile strikes on US bases in Iraq.
We can probably expect something soon, considering the heavy symbolism that comes with raising this flag, which is usually only raised in the mourning month of Muharram.
Besides that, IRGC Generals have been making frequent direct threats to Saudi Arabia, the intellectual supervisor of ISIS, in recent days.
