I think the 15th Amendment needs to modified to exclude urban black women.
Black women didn’t have a choice as to being here any more than

Not trying to defend this person but I can tell you from personal experience this happens more than you realize, I quit two jobs, one in the first week and the other in the first month, each time as an IT Engineer what was promised in the interviews was not what in reality, a job was promised to be work from home turned out to be 9-5 in an office cubicle, the other was an office administrator versus an engineer, don’t settle for a job that makes you miserable

I put in several years in a cubicle. It can be great fun! One guy who played the same James Taylor CD all day. To this day, I can’t stand his music. The other side was the whispering, battered wife trying to calm down her soon to be ex-husband. I felt sorry for her. Then , there were the others with their the talk of the weekend soccer matches and who picked up the snacks. The smell of noxious fumes from someone’s lunch. And the odor of cigar smoke from the fat lesbian chick down the way. Seriously. Ah, such memories.
exactly. When we hire, we obviously search social media posts. If you post “i hate trump” on FB, we aint’ gonna call you back. We rarely hire externally and mostly by word of mouth. We see a Vote Bernie at the back of your car, we’ll just tell the receptionist the interviews re-scheduled. F libs.

exactly. UI filings has a REASON area on the document specifying why employee left. If you quit, you get zilch. That’s why being laid off is number one. Not fired. Laid off. Period.
It is now the year, 2022. Black women can pack it up and leave if they do not like it here. Planes leave every day for Africa, Haiti, etc. Of course, there is that little NO WELFARE BENEFITS thingy in black run countries.

Exactly one of my experiences working an office cubicle job was as a Cisco Systems TAC Engineer talking calls from all over the world resolving networking issues.
At Halloween one year they allowed people to dress up in costumes, one of the guys on the floor was obviously hard core gay, I go to the bathroom and this guy walks in dressed as Rupaul in a short dress, he proceeded to stand next to me at the urinal, hike his dress, drop his panties and piss like a man while dressed like a woman
