It’s a normal, employed middle class family. The father owns a Harley dealership and called the dogs his “house lions.” She was very pretty (I doubt that she will be ever again, since pits seem to go for peoples’ faces) and was a respiratory therapist.

My experience of a lifetime is too many motorcycle owners fantasize being social rebels and tough guys. Throw in some tattoos and a pit bull for confirmation.
Thrill seeking had dangers.
I would’ve bought that they’re normal middle class until I saw “Harley”. Nothing wrong with Harleys but that, added to pit bulls, conjures up not-normal middle class. I’m not saying that’s fair or right, just that in my mind it gives a different dimension.
Very sad. The reporting on such tragedies leaves too many loose ends.
