I'm not sure. However,before he started raping and killing women he'd break into women's houses and steal their underwear,their photos and their "personal pleasure" items and he'd photograph himself wearing their underwear.

So it probably is the same guy.

"Chilling" is only the half of it. The things he did to the two women he killed would make Ted Bundy envious. And the really spooky thing is that listening to him and looking at him he's the *last* guy on earth you'd suspect of such things.
