Canadians can be bad dudes. If you have a couple of hours of free time check out the youtube video of the confession of a Canadian Air Force Colonel named Russell Williams. He was the commander of Canada's largest air force base and yet,in his free time,he raped several women and murdered two of them...one of whom was an Air Force Corporal under his command.
