This is old news. Even a 10 pound at loss relieves so much pressure. I have very bad knees and have started keto to loose weight so dr can do surgery. This has been a bad keto week for me due to a big family wedding and traveling.
A week is just a week. One can always get back on the wagon - coming from someone who has been MOSTLY keto for 5 years! There are just stretches of time where it doesn’t match life...then one starts again.
