A father in Ohio shot and killed his daughter's ex-boyfriend during an alleged break-in at the family home ... and it's all on video.
The fatal shooting was captured on a Ring doorbell camera, and it shows the moment 22-year-old James Rayl is gunned down after forcing open the front door.
Three shots ring out and Rayl stumbles down the porch steps before collapsing in the driveway ... and police say Rayl was dead by the time officers arrived.
In the video, you hear people inside the home telling Rayl to get off the porch and leave ... and there's also a verbal warning about someone having a gun.
The girl's father, Mitch Duckro, told cops he fired the shots ... and police say an autopsy found Rayl suffered gunshot wounds to both shoulders and his back.
The fatal shooting went down in July but the video just surfaced ... and earlier this month a grand jury voted against indicting Duckro on charges relating to the incident.

We had this happen down where I live a few years ago. Some dude tried to attack his ex gf outside his dad’s house and daddy put some holes in him with a 12 gauge.
Problem solved.
Guns down implies cold blood. This was justifiable.
Its not that hard - don’t try to break down people’s front doors, and you won’t get shot.

By “guns down”, the title implies that the father hunted down the ex, rather than remaining at home and having the ex break in the front door.
Oh, sorry, “allegedly” break in the front door. Because, it’s not like it’s on film or anything.
Speaking of which, why didn’t the father “allegedly gun down” the ex? Why is it not in question what the father did, but somehow in question what the ex did?

He’s on film attempting to break in the door... You can hear the father warning him several times prior to finally shooting.
What is ALLEGED here?

Not wise decision making. In other words...he chose poorly.
It “went down” I remember when the establishment started adopting the ghetto handshake and ghetto language.
His entire thought process — such as it was — eludes me.
The intruder looked as if he was intoxicated. He had no expression on his face. Hr didn’t respond to the words the girl or daddy said. The girl may have experienced that kind of behaviour with the intruder before. No one is saying how old the girl was. Was she under 18 years?
Hanging on the door is one thing but when the door broke open that becomes justified homicide.
Guy must have been stuck on stupid.
To be consistent, the media should have stated "Ohio father allegedly guns down daughter's ex..."
