The eating of cat or dog meat revolts me, as does the push to eat bugs.

Beef, chicken, pork, and venison is yummy.

Is there a (PETA) in Italy?

I know the Chinese will kill cats to eat, which IMHO one more reason to hate them.

That lady better be careful. That guy might cook HER for dinner!

The reason I posted this is because PETA are hypocrites. They rail against people eating beef, but if a kitty is cooked by an immigrant in public, they are silent.

You are a savage, eating beef!

Or at least that’s what some guy from India would say.

Yeah - I don’t get the eating of cats or dogs and a bunch of other things too. I was going to say “as long as it’s done humanely” - but everyone has different ideas on that too.

(IIRC Massachussets just banned the sale of pork and chicken if the animals don’t have enough room in their pens.)

I thought the guy was pretty calm.

“I have no idea what this lady is saying! Well, I don’t care how upset she gets!! This is my dinner and I’m not sharing - I don’t care how hungry she is!”

I will always be a dog person, never a cat person, until about 15 years ago, I met a a kitty named "Blair".

She was like the "anti-cat".

Still, I would never think of eating a cat.

The Chinese will take a dog and burn it (alive) with a blowtorch to make it dump some hormone that makes its meat supposedly taste better.

In 1961, my navy carrier stopped for a day or two at Piraeus Greece (just South of Athens). Had a shish kebab from a street vendor and it was great. Asked about the meat and found out it was dog. ...We later took a short walk into the town. The butcher shops had gutted and skinned dogs and cats hanging in their windows alongside chickens.

One of the Twit comments was in a foreign type.   Google Translate found it was Azerbaijani and said:
The woman is incredibly patient and thinks that she will understand by talking to her, if I saw someone cooking the cat I feed in my house, I would never leave her there without rubbing her face in the fire
No humanity in the third world.   The lady told the barbarian that he was eating someone's pet.

“PETA are hypocrites”

Yes, and they wear leather shoes, carry leather bags and more. I see this behavior among so-called vegans too.

PETA hasn’t changed much from the days of issuing anonymous death threats against babies who received animal organ transplants and intimidating little old ladies in fur coats. Like other leftist cowards they think they’re slick when it comes to picking and choosing their battles. When Michael Vick got in trouble for dog fighting, PETA did meekly speak out, only to fold like cheap cameras when Al Sharlatan ran his big mouth screaming racism. Nor would any pasty faced bunny hugger have the chutzpah to venture into East LA, Little Havana, Ybor City or any barrios one night to bust up a cock fight.

Old Manila joke -

Siopao (Chinese steamed rice buns, name is the Tagalog version of the original Cantonese siu bao) have long been a popular street food in Manila. Typical filling is asado, a sort of sweet braised meat, usually pork.

In popular imagination it is alleged to actually be “mystery meat”, hence in our day we took to calling it “Hello Kitty”. We ate it anyway.

Slings do you still have the “Kitty Ping”?

Man o man does this guy need his ass kicked. I agree with the woman, has money for cigarettes but kills someone’s pet? Had that been one of my cats...

“You are a savage, eating beef!”

I eat at Golden Corral about twice a month and go for nothing but the steak just to protest the vegans/vetarians. I might eat their sweet potato pie for dessert if they have it otherwise I only eat steak off the grill rare.

I bet this same woman voted for politicians that then shipped all that cultural enrichment into Italy. Want to be me?
