Dented Cans?
Seems like a dent, not a puncture or break in integrity would not be a problem.
Maybe if the dent caused the internal coating to crack, what would that release into the food? Steel instead of tin or lacquer?
Botulism produces a toxin. The toxin is not killed by head like germs are. A little goes a long ways. The toxin has been weaponized for warfare for some time.
