Who is Eligible?
Military personnel and civilians living or working near Camp Lejeune Military Base, North Carolina.
Affected service members, Camp Lejeune residents or workers, who had any of the below conditions may qualify:
• Miscarriage
• Multiple myeloma
• Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)
• Neurobehavioral effects
• Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL)
• Parkinson’s disease
• Renal toxicity
• Scleroderma
• Infertility
• Bladder cancer
• Breast cancer
• Esophageal cancer
• Hepatic steatosis
• Kidney cancer
• Leukemia
• Lung cancer
Those negatively impacted by Camp Lejeune’s toxic tap water may be eligible for significant compensation.
Luckily for me, the government had 100% completely, fully, and unequivocally cleaned up all that mess before I arrived in May of 1988! *cough* *cough*
