If you have a Canadian number, yes. You'd be "roaming" but that would be transparent to the caller.

Oops, I read your scenario backwards. A call to a US number would be considered a domestic call to the caller.

But if you didn't have an international plan, then you'd be charged for accepting the call in Canada.
