I never set up emails on my iPhone. I didn't want to have to deal with that on a phone. I also don't use it to conduct any shopping or financial transactions, or access my bank or credit card accounts. I do all that on my laptop from home, and only from home. The only apps I use on it are Safari's browser to earn Bing Rewards points, Verizon's Call Filter, the phone, and text message apps. I actually hate the thing, and only keep it for emergency purposes when I leave the house. I got rid of my Spectrum landline back in May, because the only calls I ever got on it, were spam.
I told it them to take it out of the $400 they owed me and to refund the difference. They told me to take up the $400 issue with my bank and send me the $140. I told them to sue me so I could countersue for the $400 they owed me.
They sold the debt to the collection agency. When they were sent the proof of the uncredited payments of $400, they resold the debt to another agency who told me to sue Verizon but to pay them. I told them to pound sound because if they did, I could countersue without paying the filing fee.
