Likely true but I’m also thinking that any admission to harm would open a floodgate of litigation that would crush the status quo. Another possible explanation is that the 1980’s law giving vax companies shelter from lawsuits only applies in the US so they’re forced to pay through the nose overseas.
Big Pharma in USA pushed to inject children because it gives them cover for any harm their shots cause.
