Is Linear Elamite related to Linear A (Minoan) or Linear B (Mycenaean)?

I don’t think so, but don’t really know, but it’s supposedly two different languages to so maybe not at all.

Probably not, as the Elamite symbols seem almost entirely geometric with zoomorphic elements.

The main problem with Minoan and other ancient scripts like Sumerian is that they are now language isolates with no known living descendants. The Egyptian hieroglyphs were deciphered not only because of the Rosetta Stone but because Champolier realized that modern Coptic was a descendant of ancient Egyptian.

The Linear Elamite symbols are very different from Linear A and Linear B symbols.

Elamite speakers are mentioned in Acts 2.9.

No, they are entirely different writings systems. The languages they were used to represent are probably distantly related though.
