Save your ears, money, and let Bruce and the E Street Band feel the economic effects that every other American feels. They pushed for President Asshat.
I wouldn’t pay that kind of money for reincarnations of The Beatles or Elvis, let alone this overrated hypocritical POS
Ugh, I am like the Dude in the Big Lebowski. I cannot STAND the Eagles, I utterly hate that band with a passion. When any of their songs come on the radio, I shut it off as fast as possible. Freakin’ cliched bone headed lounge music crap songs that instantly give me a headache. The military should get rid of water boarding and instead play the song “I can’t tell you why” to get terrorists to give up info. Just 6 seconds into that song they would be screaming out info, or “Hotel California” How the hell did that nightmare come into being? “Hey let’s write a song where we play the most cliched chord progressions ever conceived over and over and over and over and over until peoples heads explode”
Are you serious? That’s what he bought his daughter? Unreal. And meanwhile he pushes politicians who utterly screw over the middle class. You think Bruce will help us pay for gas? Bashes the hell out of Trump, now we have record gas prices and inflation and nary a word does he speak against Biden
>>For Springsteen’s 2023 U.S. tour, the mean average price for most tickets was $213, sources close to the sale tell Billboard. That’s a 33 percent increase from the 2016 tour, where tickets were an average of $159 a piece when factoring in inflation. If the much higher-priced Platinum seats are factored in, however, the average price rises to $265 per ticket. That’s less than the price for Springsteen’s Broadway run, which averaged $424 a ticket, according to Billboard Boxscore.
Despite some outrage over prices, fans bought up the 75,000 to 80,000 tickets on sale Wednesday for concerts in Florida, Oklahoma and Colorado. Based on the ticket price, Springsteen stands to earn about $4 million per show – and as much as $120 million for the U.S. leg of the tour.
For years Springsteen fans have said they felt that they always had a shot at buying front-row tickets for less than $200, but over the years it became almost impossible to compete with the increasingly sophisticated operations of scalpers, which deploy bots and code to buy up the best tickets in seconds. As a result, Ticketmaster, which itself operates one of the world’s largest resale marketplaces, has advised artists to raise the price of seats that would be most appealing to the secondary market.
Springsteen has yet to publicly address the controversy.

Bruce Springsteen has sold his music rights to Sony Music Entertainment in what could be the biggest deal ever struck for a single artist’s body of work.
The transaction, which has been rumored in the entertainment industry for a while now, includes Springsteen’s recorded music catalog as well as his entire body of work as a songwriter, Sony announced in a press release on Thursday evening.
The terms of the deal were not provided. However, Billboard reported earlier in the day that its value may exceed $500 million, citing people familiar with the terms.
A representative from Sony declined to comment on a price.

Springsteen—a rocker who’s just a basic blue collar guy, right? What’s his net worth?
According to CelebrityNetWorth:
>>Bruce Springsteen is an American singer, songwriter and musician who has a net worth of $650 million.

Mojo Nixon:
He’s a tortured artist
Used to be in the Eagles
Now he whines
Like a wounded beagle
Poet of despair!
Pumped up with hot air!
He’s serious, pretentious
And I just don’t care
Don Henley must die!
Don’t let him get back together
With Glenn Frey!
Don Henley must die!
Turn on the TV
And what did I see?
This bloated hairy thing
Winning a Grammy
Best Rock Vocalist?
Compared to what?
(”Don Henley Must Die”. At one of Nixon’s shows Henley actually showed up—so they changed the lyric to be about another celeb)
She no longer has her daddy’s nose
I’m not sure if any major act is worth paying current prices for. Ticketmaster has always been an abomination from Hell, with their “convenience” fees.
Turned out to be a great show - jammed "Because the Night", and generally rocked pretty well.
Still don't like his music, though.
I can’t stand them either.
He still has fans?
I went to one of his concerts back in 1992. The seats were average. Not the best and not the worst. Price was $36.50. I had to check that as I keep my tix as souvenirs. It was a good show but never again.
