It’s movement in the right direction. But we need more than Wisconsin and Arizona (which I hear is also considering withdrawing its 11 electoral votes for Biden), as then the total would only be 253, still shy of the 270 needed. But maybe some other states will start looking at this.
Votes are counted and done. You don’t get to withdraw them a year and a half later.
Even if it were possible, which it isn’t, that still leaves Biden with more than enough electoral votes for the win.

Hasn’t the Wisconsin legislature got someone investigating the election already? A former state Supreme Court justice or something? Has he given his findings yet? If not then when are they due?
There is no mechanism in theConstitution for a “do over.”

I thought fraud negated everything, has that changed?
If a vote was made by fraudulent means then the vote doesn’t count. A vote is the same as a personal contract that is recorded between one person and the candidate proving that the person approves and supports the candidate.
It is becoming clear that Pence validated a fraudulent election and those that want to just move on are allowing all future elections to be corrupt.
