Are these documented or undocumented moles?
I worked with guy that had a mole problem in his yard. He was a very patient and methodical man.
He discovered that moles were digging their tunnels just before sunrise, before the heat of the day. So, he stood quietly in the pre-dawn, near where he had seen mole activity recently. He watched and waited...
Then, he saw it. The ground was moving not far from where he was standing in wait. He slowly and quietly approached the moving turf, pulled out his trusty barbeque fork and stopped the threat.
True story.

I’d be more worried about Democrat and foreign moles.....
Get a terrier for moles. A hungry cat for mice and chipmunks.
A hose attached from your tailpipe of an old car. Shove it into the tunnels. The moles come up and out disoriented. You either have a good doggo that kills them or use a baseball bat. Works on rats too.
Tomcat Mole killer Worms.
Do not disturb or flatten the tunnels when you see a new raised one.
Use a big screwdriver or anything that’s round to poke a hole in top of tunnel until you feel the cavity/ tunnel underneath.
Cut a mole worm in half, and place one half of worm in the hole you’ve made. Do not touch the worms, I use paper towels. Using your tool work the worm down into the cavity then slightly with your foot close up the hole.
Move 5 or 6 feet along the tunnel and repeat with other half of worm.
I’ve had great success with these worms. Usually the mole eats the worm and dies somewhere down in their tunnel. Rarely the mole will surface and you might find it dead in the yard.
Good luck, I hate those buggers.
I’ve had success with Carbide Crystals. They emit acetylene gas when wet. Try a few rocks on the sidewalk with a little water. If you have kids they’ll love it.
It’s not the Woke solution or the SPCA solution but it’s cheap.
Find some high spots, pour in a can of crystals into the hole, add lots of water and it kills them dead.
Use it liberally in 3 or 4 spots.
Don’t smoke.

Bubblegum, juicy fruit and castor oil based sprays did not work for my problem, but the mole worms did a great job.
Cat.
They were very upset. Our dog thought she did a pretty good job!

Get an outdoor cat and your mole problems will vanish toute suite.
At my former residence we always had a bad mole problem. A lady bought the house next door and she let her cat ramble outside at night. I had tried everything for four years to get rid of the moles. That cat cleared the problem up in just over a week.
Do be prepared for the feline to present you with a trophy now and again.
Propane. Good grief: Power Tools, man.
Used to have cats using their hills for litter boxes.
three dogs by the name FOXY Lady, Jack Benny, Baby Face Killer McCoy Napoleon. they are also good at cat removal.
Milky Spores. It takes awhile but kills all grubs permanently.
mole traps, poison down the holes, propane if you know what you’re doing !!!
A good dog and some cats.
Water down the holes and then nail them with a hammer !!
