We’re just working like Turks (guessing that means very busy). :-D
We’ve had a massive amount of tomatoes and peppers from the garden, to the point we can’t keep up with them. Keith bought a “Johnny Applesauce” thing that does a great job of taking out the seeds and skin from the tomatoes. I’ve frozen a bunch of sauce to make spaghetti sauce and whatever else. I also made a big batch of salsa today.
Sounds great. Love fresh tasting tomato sauces.
