This is what I though of when I read the other post about the stem. Deflating 4 tires by using wire cutters or cutter pliers takes less than minute. And the culprit is gone.
And the only remedy is a flat bed tow truck.
Sooner or later one of these fools will find an exploding tire
Should do that to their man parts.
probably a good idea to keep a few of those in your car, along with an air pump, and a few cans of fix-a-flat
Ouch! That is fast and damaging. This is even worse than I thought. I was thinking they remove the cap and deflate. Yes, snips would be done in seconds. This is very bad.
