Starting in January, the Dems in the minority won't play along with the RINOs wanting money for Ukraine. There will be sufficient votes IMO to stop sending more money (after bad) to Ukraine.
And much of what Biden sends them will be funneled back to the rat November campaigns
That would be all on Russia’s dime, since those areas will shortly be annexed to Russia.

Ukraine with a history of corruption? Yep, with the spike being in the first years after seceding from the RF/USSR. Left in “4th World” condition (look it up - it was coined specifically for the former Soviet Block nations that left... with utterly crippled infrastructure). Ripe grounds for criminal types (and facts/history bear out - many Russian puppets/tools).
Corruption (and perceived friendliness with Russia and Communism will get you nearly lynched) are the “hot-button issues” for the average Ukrainian. They keep trying to root it out - and the harder they try - the more efforts from OUTSIDE appear.
And that’s what happened in 2014. (Yes, the CIA probably helped it along - but it really was a grassroots effort to rout out a horribly corrupt president and government). Poroshinko was a little better, but still had issues. So - a different direction - Zelenskyy... a comedian and suspicious character himself - but different. And even as he makes some headway...along comes Russia, again.
Thought they were described as a wealthy nation..? Regardless, Joe will give it to them, after he takes his 10%.
