Philandering suggests casual hookups. And it’s possible to both love your wife and another woman at the same time. It’s said to be practiced among some in the Mormon community. Unless you’re Jack Kennedy, with the press covering for you, politicians can’t have casual hookups. But with a singular woman? Possibly:
