I have a lot of chicken processing plants near me, they're almost exclusively staffed with illegals and the government won't do a thing about it. They came in the mid 90's and almost overnight the plants fired all the locals (who then went on welfare) and hired illegals.
Slaughtering 8000 head a day with a workforce sourced locally in South Dakota is going to be a chore.
