Tossing something at cops works better if you toss a box of donuts, a live dwarf, or a grey squirrel. These are much more distracting than a dollar store toy!

Since it holds still when not being thrown, it can be determined to be a rubber snake or not one. Either it is a rubber snake, or it isn't. Thus calling it "alleged" is wrong.

But the REAL question is, did the woman get her rubber snake back?
