Texas renominated all their US House Bush Leaguers, including Eyepatch McCain.
I hope he’s right. But the Bush family has ready cash and they’ve always been comfortable working for the enemies of Western civilization: the Nazis, the Saudis and the People’s Republic of China. Unless we treat them like the Roman Republic treated traitors ( killing everyone descended from their grandparents), they will ooze their way back into public life

If we had term limits dynasties would be hard to get started.
People that don't follow stories on FR like us still see Eyepatch McCain as a conservative war hero. He's got good PR. One of my co-workers votes for him (he's not in my district).
He wears the R jersey camouflage better than some others.
Everyone should be able to see that Amnesty Senators have already betrayed them, why re-elect them to do it again?
There has been no Bush of any consequence for over 13 years, so...

And none of the Bush office-holders left anything that can be called ‘significant’, other than perhaps responding to the Taliban, but then, any president would have had to respond for the 9/11 attacks.

Return federalism to the Senate, repealing the “popular” election of Senators and returning their election to the state legislatures (where the GOP has majorities in 30 of the 50 states). From that we can get to 60 GOP senators for a generation.
What we observe? Realignment along lines of Nationalists and Internationalists.
George H.W. Bush was an internationalist and head of CIA before president after Reagan.
He got better press than he deserved.
George W. Bush had nice guy Texan persona, and was pretty well liked in office.
Jeb was phony, fake, clueless.
George P. is product of his dad.
