I am against pot legalization, but you are correct. There is also no shortage of 16 year old drivers exercising poor judgment when not impaired. With six in that tiny car, she might not have been able to turn her head to see properly. I would maintain that packing six in a Spark is prima facie evidence of habitual bad judgment.
