No supplements were used to achieve the benefits, but it wound up being a close to a normal Mediterranean Diet approach.
Those measurements, without supplements helping, are incredibly promising to see. You can literally grow younger in a year, beyond what we normally think we can do. That change can stay with us or even continue to improve.

The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List
This potentially high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to immediately implement for your benefit.
Now keeping a new list (“Common/Top Issues”) for conditions expected to only concern at least 1% of the population. Ask to be on either the “Common/Top Issues” or “Everything” list.
Please email or private message me if you want on or off of a list and of which list you desire.

I’m on the Mediterranean diet. In 3 weeks I lost 12 pounds. After 3 months I’m down from 205 to 185. Waist from 35 to 32.

So I guess the only things a person should consume are meat (without the fat), vegetables, and water.
Even fruit are considered bad because they are too easily taken up by the body and are like eating sugar. Of course, all carbs are bad.
So maybe the southern diet of "meat and three" is best so long as the three are all veggies and the cook goes easy on the lard.

Those nutrients are abundant in lean beef, especially grass fed.

Food as medicine works well to prevent, halt and reverse many of the many diseases we now die from and likely will die with.
Don’t wait until you are fighting cancer or some other disease to discover the benefits and power of a whole food, food as grown diet and even small changes can make a big difference!
Do it now and very likely avoid what is destined to make you ever more miserable as you get older and take you out sooner if you keep eating and living the way you are now.
I was too hardheaded to do that for my own slow self, but only learned these truths when I needed to in order to help my dogs fight liver trouble and cancer.
The truth is out there if you want to find it or need to find it in order to help save a loved one or yourself.

Low saturated fats? Looks like we’re back to “eggs are bad”.
