If they do exist and are here, it doesn’t seem like they’re doing much except fly-bys on aircraft. If their technology is great enough that they can travel between star systems, what do they have to be afraid of? Why are they hanging back?

They are now invading our airspace and hanging out at our nuclear sites and vessels almost daily.
It has become a problem (whatever the hell they are).
