True. I’m a tick magnet and greatly affected by poison ivy. Then of course there are a gazillion things that if ingested, will make you very sick or kill you. Gotta wonder how many people got sick or died trying things out. Mushrooms and berries probably killed many thousands before word spread about which were good and which were bad.

This has to be one of the biggest enviroweenie scams ever: they’re called “forever chemicals” because they’re almost inert. That’s why they persist. It’s like calling neon a “forever chemical.”

The entire supply of recycled materials,
paper, plastics, metals, etc.
has become contaminated with who-knows-what
over the years.

Almost all fast food beverages have been found to have high levels of DiHydrogen Monoxide.

In the USA DiHydrogen Monoxide is estimated to be directly responsible for 3,960 deaths per year, just by inhalation.

Even if the wraps are made in the US, the chemicals likely come from China.

US chemical companies aren’t always full of integrity either, but they have more to lose.

Have you noticed that notices must be placed even on hammers to keep people who live in California from eating them? I suspect this is just more of the same.

People!!! Eat the food, not the packages!

As somebody who grew up downwind of the Standard Oil refinery and three major steel mills in Cleveland plus drank and swam in Lake Erie water in the 50s and 60s, I have to say the effect of environmental is highly overrated.

I grew up within a few miles of the main production plant/headquarters for Dow Chemical Company in Midland, Michigan. We swam and ate fish caught in the Tittabawassee River, which flowed within yards of my house. There were many days when you could step out of the back door and smell the fact that "Dow was making money this morning" ...
