There are many sources to back up the doctors who wrote the letter to the FAA recommending more tests than just ECG/EKG. Everything I’ve read supports their point.

Some of the responses from various people on this thread are a little but pathetic. The are sad, you see?

Here’s the actual letter they sent to the FAA.
Everything I’ve read supports their advice.

https://roar-assets-auto.rbl.ms/documents/13286/letter%20to%20FAA.pdf

Check this out, report for all vaccines, all time, and cardiac arrest or myocarditis or tachycardia. Can’t rationally pretend everything is fine.

“If someone is having chest pains due to any id the innumerates reasons that these rather agenda driven people stare, it would most certain to turn up on standard screening” It’s not that simple. “Acute aortic dissection (AAD), acute pulmonary embolism (PE) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are all emergent diseases with acute chest pain. However, it is sometimes difficult to diagnose these diseases by symptoms, ECG changes and/or cardiac biomarkers, especially immediately after onset. Because these diseases are all thrombogenic diseases, we considered that D-dimer could be helpful to differentiate these diseases.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21478122/ That’s what the doctors sending the letter to the FAA are talking about.

Your link goes to a paper March, 2011. Only 12 years olf. The disease of acute dissection is NOT thrombogenic, and in the year 2022 we use things like Echocardiography, CT-angio, and advanced ECG and biomarkers to diagnose the diseases (in order) you have quoted. Please, read your source and see how old the data you are using to support these ridiculous letters some are writing to the FAA. It is laughable on its face.

With your pivot to vaccination data — you are conflating two arguments. So obviously, having had your rear end handed to you in the former conversation we are now changing arguments?

Fine. I agree that the vaccinations have been underwhelming in terms of preventing disease especially with the viral mutations now to essentially completely benign and highly contagious. I wouldn’t vaccinate anyone at this point except those with extremely high risk

I can also point out that during delta (the most deadly of the strains), those vaccinated did not progress to critical disease and death. The data are the data.

If you are not a zealot, you can refine your knowledge by looking at data, which will closer approximate you to the truth, unlike the name callers on this thread.

Incidentally the proper grammar is “here are the data”, not “here is the data”.

Yes, because all vaccines promote a mildly inflamed state. 65% of all vaccine recipients, regardless of whether MMR or TdAp would have elevated D-Dimer — now you understand why it is a pretty worthless test. It is NON-SPECIFIC.

1. Have you read my commentary on Fauci? I do not think you have as you say things that are patently untrue (and quite repulsive and vulgar, but hey, you be you.)
2. What I have heard promoted by the rabidly antivaxxers who continually utilize: the same sources that are blogs, official sounding sources that once looked at are purely bogus, outdated sources presented as cutting edge and relevant, or (and this one is my favorite) stating things that were actually not written and twisting facts to fit an agenda.
3. Fauci has a monetary interest in promoting vaccination. Ok, McCullough and Malone have also taken quite a financial windfall in advancing their OPINION, so if financial interests disqualify one, they must disqualify the others.
4. Frankly, I think all three of them (Fauci, Malone, and McCullough) are totally worthless, and these three men, more than any others are responsible for increasing the distrust in the art and science of medicine, because they are able to foment the faux-experts into regurgitating their talking points.

Today's "standard of care" is telling people not to take any supplements, not even any of various OTC pills and liquids for cold and flu. Instead, the "standard of care" is when someone gets to a bad enough point, they give the person something toxic to the kidneys, and shove a tube down their throat while their lungs fill with fluid, making the ventilator useless, and even more harmful. What is it you're after by shilling for all this BS?

Clever pivot. So lets dissect your argument. I am referring to the standard of care in the diagnosis of cardiac disease, specifically ischemic cardiac disease. So, I guess because you have to pivot to a non-sensical argument, you either have no answer to what I have written because I am correct and expert in the use of clinical labs to diagnose critical illness, or you have no nuance to understand what the argument is

As for telling people to not take supplements -- there is no standard of care on what supplements to give. So you are not even in the realm of the definition of the terms that we are discussing. I am not aware that anyone every said people should not take supplements as a standard of care. I told people to take Vitamin D and Zinc, and I continue to do so. Early on, I posted people should take vitamins as it would not be harmful, and possibly helpful, however the literature does not demonstrate that this recommendation rises to the level of "standard of care". So, I guess, I would appreciate it if you would learn the definitions of words that you are using

In terms of your absolutely dazzling lack of understanding of A-a gradient hypoxemia and the use of positive pressure ventilation in relationship to air space disease and extrinsic processes such as pulmonary edema, thanking you for proving that you are capable of cutting and pasting.

Feel free to go to medical school for four years, earning a doctorate in the process, then take 5 - 7 years of post-doctoral training, be examined buy countless examiners, certify your continuing education, and practice daily, then you can actually start to have a conversation on quite advanced things and debate the nuance.

An obvious false flag designed to increase your credibility as a Russian/Chinese bot when you post anti-vaxxer propaganda to increase discord in the US.

Just stop while you are ahead. The majority of those articles regarding cardiac diagnosis are at the latest 2011 -- when we actually developed specific markers to cardiac disease

Unbelievably the two most recent articles validate how I have used D-Dimer -- as a prognostic indicator, not diagnosis modality, for CoVID. You do realize, you validate everything I have said with your posts.

Thank you for demonstrating my expertise with your own words -- I urge you for your sake, read your sources before mindlessly posting. It is what people capable of critical thinking do.

The vaccine data is not a pivot, it’s not conflation. It’s pertinent information supporting the letter the doctors sent to the FAA.

Pertinent information from data generated before 2010, and made obsolete in 2011 and beyond....OK, whatever you say.

The subject of this article is D-dimer to diagnose cardiac disease, you’re vaccine data is not on point as it pivots to a different topic entirely, one that I responded to above. Which you have failed to acknowledge

Yes, I addressed it specifically in my post #92. Come clean, do you actually read the dates and titles of the articles you proffered, or just do a google search and think that everything supports your position.

I look forward to your response to my post #92

...they see the dangers of these $hots, with their own eyes, and with REAL patients...

I'd be surprised if either of them ever treated a Covid patient. Malone was a researcher and as far as I know never met a patient, and it looks like McCullough was in administration before the pandemic even hit.
