They have rapid tests and some pharmacies sell them, ostensibly for parents to test their teenagers.
At any rate, benzodiazepines+opiates=stop breathing. Not good.

Makes me think they are trying to dispel rumors the death was linked to the vaccinations he was apparently forced to get.

Not for nothing, but I always thought those tests took weeks. Results can be had nearly instantaneously when the urine glows in the dark in Technicolor and is hypergolic.
