It looks reasonable to me. The alternative is to violently give up very large chunks of your population. And ultimately the whole of Ukraine.

I would take the deal.

I’m sure Poland would have accepted giving up Danzig for peace in 1939 if such an offer was made after the Wehrmacht was in Warsaw. But of course the Germans never made such an offer after the fighting started.
