Yeah, that was my first thought. Wasn't a glass of red wine supposed to be very beneficial to health? I can't keep up with this stuff anymore. Next thing you know, they'll be telling us smoking is good for us.

Yep. 1-2 ounces of red wine or even some spirits. Lowers stress, helps with digestion, tannins, reduces stress on the heart/circulation, etc...

Smoking has good effects and harmful effects. If it only had harmful effects, it wouldn’t be so popular.

If someone finds a way to compensate the bad effects, smoking would be beneficial.
