Somehow, that doesn’t apply to the IRS. How did they get that kind of power? Beats me.

They are the collection arm of the FED. They even have their own courts and judges.

Judges. Judges is how the IRS and the other alphabet soup agencies got their power.every little pissant in a robe thinks he (and more often, she) has the wisdom of Solomon and the power of Sampson.

We bitch about legislators and rail against presidents but judges have almost unlimited power since it costs $300/hr minimum to argue with them.
