Seat belt laws aren't instituted for public safety. Seat belt laws are instituted by the state so it has an excuse to have it's armed agents intrude into your freedom to travel about freely and also collect fines from not wearing them.

Helmet laws are, and always were, a bad idea in the totalitarian government relm.

There is definitely a ‘Darwinian element’ to ‘wokism.’

I would encourage certain folks to avoid helmets and seat belts.

It should be a matter of personal choice but while I never wore a helmet for bike riding, I should if I try rollerblading much!
