No US Citizen shall be required to produce any means of identification greater than that which is necessary to Register to Vote or Cast a Vote in a Public Election.
All US Citizens that have been asked to produce any Identification greater that what is necessary to Register to Vote or Vote in a Public Election, Shall be Entitled to Damages equal to but not less than $10,000 from the Accused. Any Entitled Damages not paid forthwith shall render said Government Employee Terminated Immediately and complete loss of all pension and retirement benefits.
It should be exactly as hard to vote as to get a gun.
