I think its a stupid thing to do. I agree, they should be tossed in jail for doing it.
I also think that the more frustrating it becomes to deal with the “in your face” aspect of the BLM movement in all facets of our lives...the more pushback is going to occur.
Some of us read what interests us, and we can use critical thinking skills to make sense of our world. Other people cannot—and they lash out.

The authorities can trace this very easily. Smart phones, cell phones, phone towers, etc. It is almost impossible to make this type of threat and get away with it.
The level of preparation to do this untraceably would leave it’s own traces which could be followed. Burner phones just don’t do it anymore.
Even using Tor to access foreign systems leaves a trace. It just takes a little bit more government power to follow than the others.

If a dozen “Historically Black Colleges and Universities” (nice that they get their own private abbreviation nowadays!) were called to announce conveniently-timed simultaneous bomb threats, then a conspiracy definitely exists!
But the callers are likely to be BLM and Antifa terrorist fakes. NOT white supremacists but FBI informants and agitators.

This report probably didn’t include the former UCLA lecturer, who is black, being arrested yesterday (same day as the bomb threats) in Boulder, on suspicion of wanting to perpetrate a mass shooting on a public college campus. He apparently had written an 800 page manifesto within which he had mentioned the U of Colorado, Boulder.
