Justin Trudeau was born on December 25, 1971. The article doesn’t say anything about Justin’s mother Margaret Trudeau going to Cuba in 1971, or meeting with Castro somewhere other than Cuba in 1971.

The Globe and Mail article says:

“In January, 1976...Pierre Trudeau embarked on a state visit to Cuba. Practically from the moment he stepped off his Armed Forces Boeing 707, Mr. Trudeau, his wife Margaret and his newborn son Michel endeared themselves to Fidel Castro and vice-versa.”

Nine months before Justin was born was basically a month after Pierre and Margaret's wedding. Haven't seen any credible evidence that Margaret was in Cuba a month after her wedding.

Also, take a look at pictures of young Pierre Trudeau. He and Justin do, in fact, look quite a lot like each other.
