I can’t stand streaming services. It’s like paying for radio. That being said, the way these companies are going, we won’t ever be able to listen to things they don’t want us to. Or watch old movies they don’t want us to. If you don’t have it in your physical possession. in some form or another, you may not be able to have it in the future.

I love streaming services and happily pay.

I’ve discovered more music with their recommendations than I ever could have using radio. And there are NO commercials — just steady, non-stop music. If I listed to a few bars of a song and don’t like it, I skip to the next song and the system has learned a little bit more about my likes and dislikes. Its algorithm gets tuned and improves their recommendations to me.
