Are you ok? I know that pain of seeing a duplicate article posted, sometimes it puts me into a deep depression and I cry in my bed for a week or so.
It will pass, as do so many things.
I've learned to cry in the bathroom on the tile where it is easier to clean up.
Crying in the bed only benefits the linen industry and the laundry lady.
