American public is not just blacks...its almost all white, asian, hispanic.....
either we hire coaches who represent the mass of people or we hire coaches that represent only the players...
you can't have it both ways....
because a lot of male coaches would be out of jobs coaching girls and women.

Hackett is Aaron Rodgers’ offensive coordinator in WI, Rodgers is a free agent and the Broncos are in the market for a new QB. I think the plan is pretty clear.

If ESPN’s Stephen Smith really had any issue with who was hired as an NFL coach, he can get off his lazy ass, learn coaching and apply for the job himself. Until then, he can just shut his racist trap.

Broncos already had a (b)lack head coach, Vance Joseph. He was fired because of a losing record. His successor Vic Fangio, just got fired for a losing record.
I don't think the Broncos care what color someone is, unlike this ESPN guy.
