I am not optimistic. Compiling a list of the responses from the “man on the street” interviews with “minorities” it is because the democrats aren’t “doing enough for the minority community.” Meaning they want even MORE government, MORE socialism, MORE free stuff. I have yet to hear a single response of “I just want the government off my back.”

What is essentially happening is there is an economic middle class revolt building that goes beyond simple identity politics. The ultra wealthy Democrats are on the wrong side of that new dynamic, and may get blindsided (hopefully). Too bad the GOP doesn’t embrace it more.
