You would love the UVM Morgan Horse Farm in Weybridge, Vermont.
I watched a You Tube video of a blacksmith shoeing a very large work horse (don’t remember the breed). That is some long, hard work. They do not have small, delicate little hooves like a typical riding horse.
My team was Nip & Tuck. Tuck loved to get hitched and work. Nip was lazy. Learned to step back and let the traces go slack, make Tuck do the work. Had to watch him.
Nice story. I like those names. A lot.
